OTA Playhouse is Hoi An's largest indoor community space — a multi-purpose creative venue housing events, billiards, a sports bar, and co-working facilities. The project needed strategic leadership to bring diverse stakeholders together and transform an ambitious concept into a functioning venue.

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) is the EU agency responsible for managing trademarks and designs. Working through KPMG Spain, this engagement focused on strategic communications and content for the Business Development Department.

Saigon Craft Bar Tay Ta needed a complete digital transformation to match their premium craft cocktail positioning. Through Glass Chopstick Consulting Agency (founded 2022), this 6-month engagement rebuilt their entire digital presence.
